Food Philosophy



Phoebe Hearst Preschool’s Food Philosophy

We serve snacks and lunch family-style so that children have the opportunity to sit with a teacher and greet/converse with their peers. We offer a variety of healthy snacks and lunches, and children who are vegetarian or on a specific diet can eat those foods alongside their friends.

Snacks include fresh seasonal fruit, hummus and pita, and veggie sticks.
